Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives
Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports
Acts as liaison for customers
Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience
Required Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Required Skills and Abilities: Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
Required Skills and Abilities: Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Location: Hybrid and on-site at Riverview Center, Menands, NY
