The contractor will perform back-office processing of transactions related to customer accounts, legal cases, and active litigation, focusing on maintaining accurate account reporting and coordinating with external law firms.

Responsibilities
Review and process customer account requests using ECAR (from oldest to newest)
Update account reporting to ensure accuracy throughout legal case progression
Notify and communicate with external law firms and third-party service providers
Review and prioritize legal documents as assigned
Support low-complexity Loan Workout initiatives and tasks
Review basic policies, procedures, and low-risk issues related to Loan Workout activities
Follow compliance requirements and exercise judgment within defined guidelines
Qualification
Required
6+ months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience (or equivalent experience, education, or training)
Experience reviewing and interpreting legal documents
Understanding of legal terminology and legal processes
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
Preferred
Litigation or law firm support experience
Experience in financial institutions, tax firms, or accounting/CPA environments
Experience working with attorneys and third-party service providers
ECAR system experience (preferred, not required)
