Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for automated machinery, including troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software issues
Diagnose and resolve PLC-related problems by connecting to systems and analyzing ladder logic (Allen Bradley preferred; Beckhoff experience is a plus)
Perform installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance on equipment at customer sites
Document service activities using ticketing systems and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement product improvements
Ensure compliance with safety standards during all service activities
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally in all interactions

Required

Strong proficiency in electrical systems
PLC troubleshooting
ladder logic programming
Solid understanding of mechanical systems and software integration
Customer-facing experience in a technical role
Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience: 2+ years in a field service or automation role with significant travel responsibilities
Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally (passport required)
Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing priorities
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (Beckhoff is a plus)
Programming experience (C++ or similar)
