Helpdesk Administrator
T1 Energy Inc. is focused on revitalizing solar manufacturing in the U.S. and is seeking an entry-level Helpdesk Administrator to support their Automation & IT Engineering team. The role involves managing IT tasks such as new hire onboarding and ensuring employees have the necessary tools and access.

Responsibilities
Support new hire onboarding by preparing laptops, ordering equipment, and setting up user accounts
Create and manage user credentials, permissions, and access across systems and tools
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops and basic IT equipment
Track and manage incoming IT requests, making sure nothing falls through the cracks
Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact
Partner closely with engineers to support day-to-day operations
Maintain clear documentation and basic IT processes
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar roles
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common productivity tools
Experience with identity and access management tools
Experience supporting onboarding in a growing company
Preferred
Internship or co-op experience in IT or technical support a plus
Microsoft certifications (especially for recent grads)
Other IT certifications a pus (CompTIA, Google IT Support, etc.)
