Responsibilities
Monitor social media platforms and respond to or escalate client comments and inquiries
Assist in developing content ideas that align with our brand voice and marketing goals
Help maintain social content calendars and track posting schedules across platforms
Support the creation of social media content designed to build brand awareness and engagement
Learn about social media trends and platform-specific best practices through hands-on experience
Assist with basic analytics reporting to track content performance and audience engagement
Collaborate with team members on special projects and community partner initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in marketing, communications, or related field
Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Self-directed approach to work with ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Interest in social media content creation and strategy
Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Sprout)
