Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Assist company executives as-needed
Enhance company culture through team building, communication and events
Maintain and improve office, breakrooms and restrooms to improve employee in-office experience
Order processing and order management
Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
Assist in performance management, disciplinary processes, and policy implementation
Help build a positive, professional, and high-performance work environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Office Management and/or Office Administration
Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential matters
Proactive, solution-focused, and capable of working independently
Experience using current and up-to-date softwares
