Data Collection and Assessment -responsible for timely and accurate documentation
Planning - assist the RN By contributing to the patient's plan of care
Care of Patient - after skills validation assists the RN with patient care tasks under direct supervision of RN
Evaluation - Assists the RN in evaluating patient/family response to nursing interventions
Professional Performance
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Nursing - Senior Level Nursing Student
Basic Life Support CPR for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) - American Heart Association
