StaffAppMD is an early-stage company focused on transforming medical practice communications. They are seeking a Go-to-Market leader who can own sales, partnerships, and operational execution while thriving in a startup environment.

Responsibilities
Design and execute our go-to-market strategy, from pilots to scaling customers
Own end-to-end sales cycle: pipeline building, outreach, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Establish and manage customer pilots with healthcare organizations
Build repeatable processes for lead generation, sales operations, and customer success
Partner with the founders on fundraising, investor conversations, and scaling execution
Play a hybrid CRO/COO role: equal parts revenue generation and operational leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience driving go-to-market and sales in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software
Proven ability to secure pilots/customers from zero to one
Comfort with hands-on sales, but also able to set scalable systems
Startup/operator mindset: resourceful, resilient, metrics-driven
Excitement to join as an equity-aligned founder-type partner, growing into a senior executive role as we scale
