Responsibilities
Manage assigned projects, including budgets, schedules, reports, and monthly executive updates
Oversee entitlement and permitting needs and coordinate with city, county, and state agencies
Assist in planning and executing multi-phased development plans to meet time, cost, and quality goals
Draft scopes of work, participate in procurement, and review pricing proposals from design teams, contractors, and vendors
Support project scope, schedule, cost, and quality management through coordination with design and construction partners
Review pay applications, invoices, and contractor change orders; assist in validating and negotiating pricing
Represent Goldenrod in OAC meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
Assist with due diligence for new sites and acquisitions and evaluate cost and schedule impacts
Provide analysis and validation for scope changes related to design progression, unforeseen conditions, or owner-directed changes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of commercial construction experience
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, cost management, and market pricing trends
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Hospitality construction experience highly preferred
