Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, I/O Psychology, or a closely related field
Strong analytical skills with coursework or experience in statistical analysis, data interpretation, or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Interest or experience in instructional design or training development, preferably demonstrated through academic projects or prior internships
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to collaborate across departments in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Minitab, Tableau) is a plus
