Start in 2026 SummerMonarch Investment and Management Group is offering a paid internship opportunity for Summer 2026 in multifamily housing operations. The Property Management Intern will assist the Property Manager in various property-related activities and gain exposure to different aspects of property management.

Responsibilities
Act as a Jr. Assistant Manager directly assisting the Property Manager in all property related activities
Spend time during the internship in each role including but not limited to Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Maintenance, Grounds and Housekeeping
Have exposure to Marketing, Asset Management, Accounting and the Legal aspects of multifamily investment operations whenever possible
Qualification
Required
Be enrolled in an educational institution/ Recent Graduate preferred
Be working towards a degree related to Property Management
Residential Property Management Program
Business Management, Entrepreneurial Degree or Marketing /Sales
Passion for real estate
Ability to adapt to new environments and multi-task
Have good verbal and written communication
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Willing to complete online class training required by Monarch
