Sr. Account Manager / Client Partner
JSR Tech Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager/Client Partner to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening new accounts and identifying opportunities in the Technical Managed Resourcing and Consulting Industry, with a focus on relationship-building and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Financial Services industries to identify key players, market trends, challenges, and opportunities. Utilize this information to develop targeted sales strategies
Leverage your knowledge and articulate how our technology solutions can address specific pain points and add value to potential clients' operations
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and position our technology solutions as indispensable assets
Employ a consultative sales approach to understand clients' unique requirements and tailor solutions that align with their business goals
Maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing leads. Update and manage the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information
Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and our company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
2+ years of successful Technology and/or IT staffing sales with a strong network of industry contacts
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients
Preferred
Located in the NY/NJ/PA area
EST time zone is preferred
Experience in the Technical Managed Resourcing and Consulting Industry
Experience conducting market analysis in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Financial Services industries
