Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Crowell & Moring LLP is an international law firm representing clients in various legal matters. They are seeking a highly qualified Associate to join their Labor & Employment practice group, focusing on employment litigation and California employment law.

Responsibilities
Join our Labor & Employment practice group in our San Francisco office
Handle employment litigation with a focus on California employment law
Address a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti-discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, and non-competition and trade secret matters
Engage in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, and investigations
Qualification
Required
Approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation, with focus on California employment law
Excellent academic credentials
Highly developed organizational skills
Highly developed writing skills
Highly developed analytical skills
Member, in good standing, of the California Bar
Preferred
Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti-discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, and/or non-competition and trade secret matters
Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, and investigations
