Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process, including A/R, A/P, and general ledger
Process and reconcile bank and credit card statements
Manage payroll processing and related filings
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Track expenses, income, and cash flow
Prepare information for CPA, tax filings, and audits
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Communicate with management regarding financial performance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience working with CPAs and tax professionals
Experience in [industry, if applicable]
Payroll and sales tax experience
