Responsibilities

Assist borrowers in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation for the loan process
Verify the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation, including income, assets, employment, and credit information
Input loan data into the loan origination system accurately and efficiently
Prepare and submit loan files to loan processors for review and underwriting
Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather additional information as needed
Assist in monitoring loan processing timelines and proactively address any potential delays or issues
Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Maintain accurate and organized loan files and documentation
Provide administrative support to the loan origination team as needed

Required

Experience in mortgage loan processing or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with borrowers and team members
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Preferred

Familiarity with mortgage loan origination software and related technologies
