The role involves planning and conducting independent engineering work, reviewing project designs, and coordinating with contractors while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and codes.

Responsibilities
Review project design
Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience
Assist with project management and scheduling
Prepare reports
Develop probable construction cost estimates for projects
Observe construction and coordinate with contractors
Coordinate work with other disciplines such as roadway, geotechnical, structures, etc
Handle routine contract administration
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Engineering
P.E. license
Natural leader willing to champion a team of engineers and technicians
7 years Drainage and /or H&H Engineering work-related experience
