Customer Success Manager – B2B SaaS (Financial, Legal & M&A Clients)
#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager for a client in the SaaS industry. This role involves managing a portfolio of strategic accounts in finance and legal sectors, focusing on improving onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion processes.
Responsibilities
Lead onboarding, QBRs, and adoption plans for strategic accounts
Track and improve customer health, satisfaction, and retention
Drive upsells, renewals, and expansion quota
Support the creation of early-stage customer success playbooks and workflows
Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients
Collaborate with sales, support, and product on account goals
Support the creation of product training, demos, and customer-facing content
Contribute to building scalable frameworks for a growing CS function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience required
2+ years of B2B SaaS experience required
Legal, Finance, or similar high-compliance client experience required
Quota-carrying experience with upsells and cross-sells required
