70% Hands On – data analysis, process design, project execution, and deliverable development
10% Management Duties – coordinating small teams and workstreams
20% Team Collaboration – working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and consulting practices
Proven experience leading supply chain project initiatives or workstreams
Advanced data gathering, research, analysis, and evaluation skills
Experience with supply chain analytics, process mapping, and data collection
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to independently manage work while collaborating with internal and external teams
Demonstrated project management and reporting experience
Preferred
Experience managing small project teams (1–3 team members)
Background in facilitating multi-disciplinary work teams
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and influence skills
Ability to identify opportunities to expand project scope or improve outcomes
Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders
