Network Assurance Integrated Technologies Architect

Responsibilities
Providing consulting services to clients throughout North America for analysis of their wired and wireless networks with minimal oversight
Analyzing a clients’ network using network analysis tools as well as established processes
Completing network assessments involving the analysis of the network topologies, config/show commands, network architecture and capacity requirements
Focusing on an analysis of radio-frequency for data, voice and video communication standards over Wi-Fi
Capturing data while at client sites, completing an analysis of this data and then transferring this information into a useful report format for clients using a standardized report format
Providing daily status reports to keep the client and Oracle Health Implementation team updated on progress made for all tasks to be completed
Collaboratively working with clients and Oracle Health Implementation team members as well as peers on the Network Assurance team to deliver a concise and thorough report that identifies issues and recommendations
Presenting the final network assessment report(s) to the Oracle Health Implementation team and the client, which may include leadership up to the C-Suite
Adhering to established processes, methodologies, best practices for network assessments and creating/delivering appropriate documentation
Engaging with the client while onsite outside of normal business hours to complete the network assessment in areas not easily assessable
Managing multiple client engagements including administrative tasks such as timely submission of expense reports and timesheets
Attending and participating in team meetings and working sessions to continue developing knowledge of wired and wireless networks
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study, or relevant, equivalent work experience
Preferred
4+ years experience with wired (LAN) and wireless (WLAN) network assessments and administration
Experience with Network Assessment Software/Tools such as Ekahau Software Suite, Air Magnet, Fluke, netAlly, packet analyzer tools
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience interacting with client leadership up to C-Suite level
Time management and organizational skills

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
