Senior Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact to managers and employees on a full range of employment related matters, including performance management and corrective action
Oversee administration of health, welfare and retirement plans, ensuring federal compliance
Manage vendor and broker relationships
Report and analyze the cost analysis for self-funded medical claims while partnering with Finance for budget and forecasting
Coach leadership and management on how to lead and direct positive change
Partner with managers to support employee goal creation, reviews and career planning
Oversee complex investigations and ensure consistent resolution practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
10+ years of HR experience, including supervisory experience
Experience administering self-funded medical plans with referenced-based pricing and Rx Carve-Out (a must!)
Expertise in navigating compliance and regulations related to employee terminations, severance pay, and position elimination
Strong organization, interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
