Oversee and staff of 10+ (HR Generalists & support staff to manage and implement human resources policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives
Staffing, onboarding and training programs for employees to ensure they are fully integrated into the company culture and operations
Employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations and oversee workplace conflicts & resolutions
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and benefits administration
Other HR functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skill set
Progressive career with 10 to 20 years experience in HR in human resources management
Looking for leadership - Strategic, tactical & day to day in the HR professional
Preferred
Strong preference for experience in a Manufacturing / Industrial / Warehouse environment
