Responsibilities
Retouch e-commerce and product imagery, including masking, compositing, shadow creation, cleanup, cloning, and cropping
Lead end-to-end retouching for e-commerce assets (on-model and packshot), ensuring timely and consistent delivery
Execute and uphold brand retouching standards to minimize review rounds and maintain visual cohesion across channels
Perform precise color correction and color matching, ensuring consistency across image sets and physical samples
Conduct QA on color accuracy and retouching execution for product photography
Partner closely with the In-House Photographer and Retouching Specialist and Creative Services team to align on priorities, workflows, and deadlines
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional photo retouching experience, ideally within fashion, luxury, or e-commerce environments
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (retouching, compositing, color correction); experience with Capture One a plus
Strong understanding of color theory, fabric texture, and product accuracy in a commercial retail context
Experience retouching high-volume e-commerce imagery with consistent brand standards
Highly organized with the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously
Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative working style
