Responsibilities
Managing execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels such as content marketing, digital marketing, field marketing, website publishing, and paid media
Providing clear, strategic feedback on creative work to ensure alignment with approved marketing strategies
Overseeing project plans, timelines, and budget parameters in collaboration with project managers
Offering actionable insights to creative teams and ensuring effective communication across all campaign activities
Serving as a point of contact for client relationships on routine projects, ensuring successful outcomes
Establishing regular communication with stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional collaboration throughout project lifecycles
Guiding team members and managing workflow for all assigned projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, preferably within an agency or in-house agency environment
Strong account management and project management skills
Proven understanding of 360° marketing campaign deliverables, including:
Digital marketing (email, banner ads, online video)
Creative development process
Video production
Social media
Print collateral (sell sheets, flyers)
Proficiency in Workfront, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills—oral, written, and presentation
Ability to work in a matrix organization and resolve conflicts productively
Demonstrated initiative and a results-driven mindset
Preferred
Experience building strong internal team and client relationships
Solid customer service skills
Ability to provide guidance and input on creative development
