Responsibilities
Conduct routine, meticulous inspections of AI outputs tied to imagery and attribution to confirm accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established fashion principles and standards
Perform ad-hoc audits of client sites to ensure compliance
Proactively identify and promptly communicate any discrepancies or quality issues to teams via Jira/Slack and verbal communication channels
Maintain accurate and precise records of all quality checks, inspection results, and testing data
Review standards to ensure comprehensive and accurate completion
Support the systematic organization, collection, and filing of quality-related documentation and data
Assist production and operations personnel in strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and required workflow processes
Ensure rigorous adherence to internal quality procedures and Zelig’s proprietary data fields and standards
Contribute to internal audits by providing well-organized records and clearly demonstrating quality processes
Assist in tracking corrective action plans as needed
Identify and escalate recurring quality issues or emerging patterns for formal review and resolution
Suggest practical process improvements aimed at increasing accuracy, minimizing errors, and optimizing operational efficiency
Support cross-functional teamwork by clearly communicating quality concerns, findings, and requirements across various teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
Expertise in meticulous organizational skills
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy
Proven ability to follow structured procedures and maintain consistent, reliable documentation
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with data entry tools and quality checklists
Preferred
Prior experience in quality control, operations, or administrative support
