Create visuals for training modules, including illustrations, icons, and motion-friendly assets
Design posters, newsletters, and other materials used by employees at top enterprises
Shape and refine our visual identity and style guides
Build templates and reusable systems that help our content team move fast
Use generative AI tools to explore concepts and accelerate production
Bring fresh creative ideas from media, gaming, education, and digital storytelling
Qualification
Required
Strong visual designer with a portfolio that shows taste and storytelling
Comfortable working across illustration, layout, and simple motion
Interested in learning new tools and experimenting with AI workflows
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Excited by the idea of transforming a space known for boring, low-quality training
