Commercial Business Development Representative

Edward Martin is seeking a driven and resilient Commercial Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand their presence in the commercial market. Responsibilities

Conduct 80+ outbound calls per day, supplemented by strategic email outreach
Prospect and engage decision-makers at:
Design and architecture firms
Construction and development companies
Hotels and hospitality groups
Other commercial organizations aligned with our products and services
Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities
Clearly communicate our value proposition as a tile and furniture vendor
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal sales and leadership teams to transition qualified opportunities
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals

Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and email outreach

Preferred

Experience in business development, sales, or outbound prospecting
Familiarity with commercial construction, design, hospitality, or vendor sales (a plus, not required)
Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
