Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical and nonclinical roles in a busy specialty practice
Run intake meetings, align on role requirements and manage an efficient hiring process from sourcing to offer
Proactively source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, local networks and healthcare associations
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate and conduct interviews and maintain a strong candidate experience
Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, create a consistent weekly interview cadence
Track recruiting activity and outcomes (pipeline health, source of hire, time-to-fill, quality indicators)
Lead new hire onboarding and first-day readiness so each hire feels prepared and welcomed
Create practical retention routines such as stay interviews, check-ins, recognition and feedback loops
Partner with leadership on engagement initiatives that improve retention and culture
Improve onboarding materials, training checklists and communication flow
Qualification
Required
7+ years recruiting experience with strong healthcare recruiting experience (physician practice, outpatient, hospital, specialty, multi-site)
Proven ability to source and close candidates, not just post and screen
Strong local knowledge of Palm Beach County and north Broward healthcare talent pools
Excellent communication, discretion and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree
Strong organization, follow-through and ability to manage multiple requisitions
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Delray Beach Monday-Friday
Preferred
10+ years healthcare recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for specialty practices, infusion, imaging or hard-to-fill clinical roles
Experience building onboarding and retention programs
