Responsibilities

Help create, update and document product specifications

Take photos of finished products

Collect QC data: Viscosity, brix, pH

Review packaging functionality

Help conduct sensory testing for finished products

Test Quality retains

Document, track and trend quality data

Communicate non-conforming data

Calibrate and maintain QC lab equipment

Help investigate quality non-conformances

Review QC data for on COA for accuracy

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 3 years of course work in Food Sciences or a related Science field

Expert verbal and written communication skills for internal and external communication
