Responsibilities

Collaborating closely with customers to improve their workload performance and reduce infrastructure costs
Leading and developing proof-of-concepts for AI solutions applied to the Consumer Internet industry, including areas like LLMs and recommenders, and building collateral (notebook/code) as needed
Continuously scan the Gen AI landscape: model releases, orchestration frameworks, prompt-engineering trends?and assess fit for our roadmap
Establish engineering standards for code quality, observability, cost-efficient LLM usage, and secure development
Developing and debugging software and open-source AI frameworks and libraries
Partnering with software engineering, product, and sales teams to secure design wins and drive the development of innovative solutions based on customer feedback

Qualification

PythonC++AI software librariesEnd-to-end solution designTechnical leadershipCommunication skills

Required

8+ years of experience as an AI/Software Engineer with proven track record coding in Python and/or C++ with popular AI software libraries and GPUs
Design of end-to-end solutions as an architect or senior engineer; proven Tech Lead for small, agile teams and the ability to work through others
Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-makers with a calm, measured style
