Responsibilities
Convert architect sketches into precise CAD frameworks using Graphisoft Archicad 26
Review and verify construction drawings for accuracy and compliance with IRC and local zoning regulations
Produce pricing and construction drawings from design concepts
Collaborate on material selections, cabinetry, millwork, and detailing
Support the team with technical expertise and creative problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of architectural drafting/design experience (ideally 5+ years)
Proficiency in Mac OS
Knowledge of residential construction processes and local zoning regulations in Dallas, Highland Park, and University Park
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt quickly
Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach
Preferred
Proficiency in Archicad
Familiarity with classical architecture terminology
