Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Own end-to-end migration strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams — technology, data, operations, and business
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of accountability bridging Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, and Business teams
Migration Strategy & Governance: Define program roadmap, risk framework, governance model, and clear KPIs for migration success (stability, data integrity, cost efficiency, and customer experience)
Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior business leaders and technology heads to ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and business continuity
Vendor Transition Management: Oversee knowledge transfer, contractual offboarding, and capability ramp-up within in-house teams
Change Management: Ensure organizational readiness, training, and adoption for the new platform across impacted business functions
Metrics & Reporting: Track progress through structured dashboards, program-level metrics, and executive reports
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing complex platform or data migrations, ideally from vendor to in-house environments
Strong background in program governance, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management across technical and business domains
Excellent understanding of software engineering and data ecosystem fundamentals (cloud platforms, APIs, integration patterns, data migration best practices)
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across senior leadership and delivery teams
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project
Preferred
PMP / SAFe / Agile certification preferred
