The Infrastructure Partner Director will manage relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners, focusing on technical integrations and joint go-to-market motions to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Manage relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners
Drive technical integrations, joint solution architecture, and co-engineering initiatives with partners
Identify joint go-to-market motions with infrastructure sales teams to expand co-sell opportunities
Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication in order to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions
Monitor and report on the progress of joint solution development timelines and infrastructure integrations
Participate in partner and customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close OEM/resale and referral deals
Work across the organization to build product partner materials for both internal and external parties
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact partner infrastructure initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in partner management, business development, or technical sales roles within the technology or infrastructure industry
Demonstrated experience in driving technical and business engagement with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals
Preferred
Strong understanding of AI, speech recognition, or related technology domains
Experience with hardware (e.g., servers, GPUs) or cloud-edge deployment models
