The Implementation Manager is responsible for executing, delivering, monitoring, and reporting on client and onboarding campaigns while collaborating with Client Success and Development teams to ensure successful implementation of client specifications.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update campaign details, timelines, and statuses in internal systems

Track, configure, and launch client campaigns according to defined requirements and timelines

Monitor active campaigns to ensure delivery, optimal performance, and successful execution

Communicate campaign-related updates, issues, and needs to Development and Customer Success teams

Generate, review, and upload client and internal reports in a timely manner

Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying errors or inconsistencies and escalating as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited college or university required

Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills required
