Organizational Change Manager
Calculated Hire is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to apply modern OCM best practices for a large-scale initiative. The role focuses on enabling adoption, minimizing disruption, and supporting stakeholders through change in a complex, remote work environment.
Responsibilities
Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand impacts, risks, and readiness
Conduct readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings in a clear, logical, and actionable manner
Develop and maintain targeted change management deliverables, including:
Communication plans
Sponsor roadmaps
Coaching plans
Training plans
Resistance management plans
Apply the established Organizational Change Management framework to address the people side of change resulting from business transformation
Present proposed solutions and change strategies to stakeholders for review, alignment, and feedback
Measure adoption, behaviors, and progress over time, adjusting approach and strategy as needed
Coordinate, execute, and evaluate training deployment, ensuring competency and readiness across impacted groups
Provide direct coaching and support to front-line managers and leaders as they guide their teams through transitions
Qualification
Required
Change Management Expertise
Lead, refine, and execute comprehensive OCM strategies that drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and higher user proficiency
Design and deliver training programs tailored to multiple impacted user groups across a diverse, hybrid workforce
Leverage metrics and adoption data to assess effectiveness, identify gaps, and adjust change strategies as needed
Apply structured change methodologies to support individuals and teams through transitions
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Build trust and influence effectively across all levels of the organization, including executives, people leaders, and end users
Adapt messaging and engagement strategies based on stakeholder group, role, and level of impact
Create targeted change journeys and user experiences aligned to specific audiences or personas
Facilitate collaboration and feedback loops to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the change lifecycle
Project, Risk & Execution Management
Coordinate change management activities in alignment with overall project timelines and milestones
Manage multiple workstreams while identifying, tracking, and escalating risks and potential impacts
Communicate status updates, priorities, risks, and blockers clearly to key stakeholders
Engage the appropriate cross-functional partners to resolve issues and support successful outcomes
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
