Responsibilities

Administer and manage sales team incentive compensation plans, ensuring accurate tracking, calculation, and timely payouts to eligible staff

Maintain data accuracy within incentive compensation systems and tools

Audit incentive data and payout results to identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies

Assist with documentation, templates, and system updates for compensation plans and participant information

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. HR, Finance, etc) to ensure incentive programs comply with internal policies and business objectives

Provide ad-hoc compensation data, reporting, and insights to business leaders as needed
