Territory Capital Sales Manager - Aesthetic Sales - OH

This role involves meeting sales quotas, supporting new business initiatives, and acting as a subject matter expert on aesthetic solutions in dermatology and plastic surgery practices.

Responsibilities
Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
Support new business development with your territory
Identify upselling opportunities and generate cross-sell referrals
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on product indications, benefits and usage
Partner with providers to optimize business outcomes and promote procedural volume
Manage sales contracts, pricing quotes, and promotional tools
Monitor territory pipeline, forecast trends, and track performance metrics
Attend trainings, tradeshows and present product demos
Qualification
Required
Min. 2+ years of B2B Sales experience within Medical Device, Aesthetics, Dental, etc
Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
Strong understanding of clinical language, techniques, and procedural workflows
Proven experience selling, hunting, prospecting and closing deals
Knowledge/Understanding of FDA GMPs
Excellent communicator and presenter-comfortable presenting to physicians and/or large groups
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools
Willingness to travel within a defined territory (may include some overnights)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Backgrounds can be any type of sales within skincare, lasers, dental, capital sales
