Business Development Manager - Healthcare Staffing
GSK Solutions Inc is seeking experienced Business Development Managers with a strong background in healthcare staffing sales. The role focuses on expanding the company's footprint in the healthcare staffing space by securing new client partnerships and managing the sales cycle effectively.

Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, LTACs, SNFs, and clinics across the U.S
Lead end-to-end business development efforts including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, credentialing discussions, and compliance negotiations
Build and grow relationships with MSPs, VMS platforms, and large healthcare systems
Develop competitive pricing models and negotiate terms that align with client needs and maximize margins
Collaborate closely with internal recruiters to ensure high-quality candidate delivery and fulfillment
Monitor healthcare industry trends, compliance requirements, and staffing demands to uncover strategic opportunities
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Qualification
Required
10+ years of successful experience in Business Development / Sales within Healthcare Staffing (RN, Allied, or Locum preferred)
Proven track record of consistently winning new clients and closing high-value deals
Experience working with MSPs, VMS platforms, and large health systems
Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing sales cycle, compliance, credentialing, and service delivery processes
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to operate independently
Executive-level presence with strong communication and influencing abilities
