Responsibilities

Oversee billing, AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger functions, ensuring seamless execution
Manage and execute close processes, delivering accurate and timely financial reports
Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence
Establish and strengthen policies to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance
Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, including P&L statements and cash flow reports
Leverage ERP capabilities for accurate reporting, workflow automation, and process optimization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification required
5+ years of Progressive Accounting experience, with a strong preference for public accounting or public-private backgrounds
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite or Sage, with a proven track record in process improvements and internal controls
Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills paired with a proactive mindset
