Responsibilities

Oversee core accounting operations, including revenue, accounts payable and accruals, accounts receivable, R&D accounting, CapEx, OpEx, and general ledger

Support monthly, semi-annual, and annual close and financial reporting processes

Assist with treasury and cash management activities, including related accounting entries

Design, implement, and continuously improve standardized accounting workflows and processes

Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts

Assist with compliance related to local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings

Coordinate with external auditors and prepare responses for annual audits and interim reviews

Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members, including hiring, training, and performance management

Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards
