Responsibilities

As a remote Customer Service Representative at Lacerlief Advisory, you will be crucial to ensuring a seamless, positive customer experience
Responding to customers and resolving issues promptly and effectively
Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
Maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor in all interactions
Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary
Collaborating with other teams to find comprehensive solutions
Continuously updating knowledge to assist customers effectively
Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all customer interactions
Following established protocols and guidelines
Dedication to providing outstanding customer service

Required

Flexibility to accommodate different shifts and schedules

Ability to navigate online platforms and assist customers with technical issues
A laptop or desktop computer must have at least 8GB-16GB of memory (RAM) and a dedicated Ethernet port; ONLY 3.0 Ethernet adaptors are allowed
Two monitors will be required for all positions
Noise-cancelling headset with a microphone
Submit to and pass a Background check
Stable home internet connection
Dedicated, quiet working space

Preferred

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment or remotely
