Responsibilities
Lead structural designs, developing ideal solutions for complex high-end residential & commercial projects, including new, renovation, historic, assessment and repair projects
Enjoy multitasking across various clients and projects
Integrate timber, steel, concrete, masonry, glass, unique materials and custom connections
Thrive in a creative team with an inherent desire to continually progress
Lead projects through efficient internal & external collaboration, keen management of scope & fee, developing designs from concept to delivery
Bring our ideas together, learn from each other, and build shared knowledge
Qualification
Required
Desire to live, thrive & work in our mountain resort communities
PE license in CO or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 60 days
Proficiency in relevant structural principles and codes, hand calculations and analysis programs such as RISA, Dlubal, Forte and Enercalc
Use of Bluebeam, Revit and/or Archicad, Autocad to enhance communication and workflow efficiency
High attention to detail with a proactive, positive, adaptable mindset
Preferred
SE license
