Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at ResMan, you will be a key technical resource for the sales team, demonstrating the value of ResMan’s platform to prospective customers and ensuring solutions align with the unique needs of property management professionals.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and customers
Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, needs analysis, and solution design
Maintain and configure demo environments to showcase ResMan’s capabilities
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist with technical aspects of proposals
Gather and relay customer feedback to product and development teams, ensuring the customer’s voice shapes our roadmap
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and improve the customer experience
Represent ResMan at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Mentor and train sales team members on technical topics and sales methodology

Required

2+ years of experience in software sales engineering, pre-sales, or a related customer-facing technical role (property management or SaaS preferred)
Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives
Experience with property management operations or technology is highly desirable
Self-motivated, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
4-year college degree in business, information systems or computer science
