Responsibilities

Simply put, we focus on helping investors buy and sell income producing buildings. Our clients own $1-30 Million properties and are 'Main Street' investors (the largest segment of investment property ownership). They could be your parents, a retired couple, a podiatrist, or a professional athlete; they all own investment real estate for passive income. They are just like you, except they bought an apartment building to use as a vehicle for creating retirement income, cash flow to supplement their job, build long-term wealth, or follow in the footsteps of many of America’s most successful investors. We divide each major city into smaller submarkets and put an adviser into each area to build a level of expertise and provide transaction services when your local investors have a profitable opportunity or need our assistance solving a problem
