Account Executive

Essence Corp is seeking an Account Executive to manage sales and training in assigned territories. The role involves selling products, monitoring performance, organizing training sessions, and ensuring brand visibility at points of sale.

Responsibilities

Sell-in and sell-out of assigned territories
Main tasks include: Sales, Training, POS visits, support and animation participation
Reports to Area Director and works closely with Division 1 team members as well as Commercial Assistants and Marketing Dept
Update and monitor Advertising and promotion expenses (A&P) in accordance to clients purchases and brands guidelines
Responsible for counter events, animations and sell-thru results
Monitor Beauty Advisor performance
Assign Sales Targets
Propose or improve current commission structure as needed
Update the Beauty Advisor log
Follow up on shipping and installation of the transparencies on the Point of Sales
In charge of proposing and implementing sell-out activities, promotional events and animation as per the Marketing Plan
Monitor own travel expenses
Follow up with the outstanding / collection
Organize presentations for training sessions
Include & follow up on shipment of selected training gifts
Booking of training location and organization of the training events
Educate participants on novelties, discontinued products, upcoming promotions, incentives, merchandising guidelines and sales techniques
Once a year: preparation and participation in Annual Training Seminar
Ensure portfolio brands spaces are respected at the points of sales and look for potential spaces to improve visibility
Implement brand merchandising guidelines as well as incentives and promotions
Take and upload pictures of the points of sales in the server and inform the marketing dept. of promotional results
Monitor suggested retail prices, discounted products and competitor’s launches
Transparencies & Logos: update brand visuals and logos before expiration as per brand guidelines
Collect at least 3 copies of all media investments of our brands
Maintain / develop good relationships with Beauty Advisors, store managers and buyers
Monitor store inventory levels and missing testers at each point of sale
After each trip, prepare recapitulation reports of meetings and POS visit for Area Director/Manager
Inclusive of Market Share, Rankings and store trend report
Business Climate: communicate all news relating to the market conditions (i.e. tax increases, cruise ship schedules, etc.)
Updating of logs (transparencies, salesgirls, promo calendar)
Report competitor’s launches, media investments, space changes and promotions
