Responsibilities

Manage investor operational due diligence, including DDQs, custom questionnaires, and follow-up queries

Coordinate responses and materials from internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables

Maintain investor-facing documents, operational materials, and standard templates

Support existing investor relationships and assist with new investor engagements

Prepare and follow up on meetings, including customized materials and internal briefings

Maintain investor data and diligence records in the CRM system

Attend investor meetings and calls as needed

Proactively suggest improvements to team processes and client service practices
