Mid LevelConfidential Jobs is looking for an experienced Network Automation Engineer to join a dynamic IT team in the Denver metro area. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain automation solutions that streamline network operations and enhance overall system performance.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Python, Ansible) to configure and manage network infrastructure
Utilize YAML for automation workflows and configuration templates
Perform system administration and automation tasks in Linux environments
Deploy and support virtualization technologies such as VMware or Red Hat Virtualization
Partner with network, security, and operations teams to maintain secure and compliant systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network automation and virtualization issues
Assist with the design and rollout of automated network provisioning and monitoring processes
Document automation processes, configurations, and scripts for clarity and operations support
Qualification
Required
Proven ability with Python, Ansible, and YAML for automation and orchestration
Strong experience running and automating tasks in Linux environments
Hands-on knowledge of VMware or Red Hat Virtualization platforms
Solid understanding of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, and switching
Basic to intermediate grasp of network security principles and practices
Strong problem-solving capability with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Excellent written and verbal communication, including clear documentation of technical solutions
