Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues across manufacturing and packaging equipment
Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions
Read and interpret electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic
Troubleshoot and support Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled systems
Execute preventive and routine maintenance activities
Partner with supervisors and maintenance leadership to minimize downtime
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operating efficiency
Maintain electrical spare parts and support inventory control
Follow all safety standards, electrical codes, and housekeeping practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
Strong PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley required)
Experience working in manufacturing or packaging environments
Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
Comfortable using a laptop for diagnostics and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of safety procedures (LOTO, electrical safety)
Associate degree or technical training in Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience
Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, bend, climb, and work around industrial machinery
Operate material-handling equipment as needed
Work in a typical manufacturing plant environment
