Responsibilities
Develop and execute partnership strategies with assigned technology partners, driving both short- and long-term value for Expedia Group
Lead joint strategy planning, account mapping, initiative creation, and management with partners
Build and nurture senior-level relationships with partner organizations, acting as the primary point of contact
Identify, negotiate, and contract new business opportunities and initiatives
Manage ongoing partnership performance, ensuring delivery of measurable business results for each partnership
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (business, product, tech, analytics, finance) to align on goals, resources, and execution
Monitor industry trends and proactively identify new partnership opportunities
Represent Expedia Group and Enterprise Alliances externally, including at partner meetings and industry events (travel required ~25%)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing strategic partnerships in the technology sector; experience with AI or travel is a plus but not required
Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and negotiating complex deals
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen; able to translate vision into actionable plans
Highly proactive, accountable, and able to operate with limited direction and high ownership
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills at all levels
Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively across functions and cultures
Bachelor's degree required
