Responsibilities
Create accident claims that come in via phone call or email message
Add information to claims, such as loss details, subrogation status, accident classification and involved parties
Follow up with the Department of Transportation regarding claims
Hire independent adjusters for major accidents
Request police reports
Provide information to the Regulatory Department about driver accident classification appeals
Audit invoices from suppliers
Respond to claim inquiries via phone calls and emails
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
1 year of professional work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding problem-solving skills
