Responsibilities

Drive complex projects independently, define the safety product roadmap, set success metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, and partner across the organization to develop action plans

Focus on building effective and scalable recommendation & moderation strategy to provide users with a safe experience

Leverage data analysis methodologies, machine learning technologies, or natural language processing tools to effectively analyze and identify potential risky content, such as violence, pornography, and fraud, and produce strategies

Work closely with issue experts, and policy team, as well as cross-functional partners, to establish a workflow to critically analyze, prioritize, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success

Required

Bachelor's degree

Be familiar with recommendation strategy, it will be better with experience in product management in content safety or content governance relate position, be familiar with models and algorithms

Ability to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of delivering value-adding products, and/or organizational or process changes that benefit the business

Good project management and communication skills, able to influence and unite cross-functional teams

Identify, analyze and improve existing business/product processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards or improve quality and user experience

Preferred

Strong and proven data analysis skills for product design and knowledge of methods for researching and analyzing product designs to determine their potential for meeting organizational standards and business needs
